This page covers troverelay.com, the early-access site for Trove. Trove is a tool that runs inside Claude Code. This policy is about the website, not about code or session data that stays on your machine.

What we collect

The early-access form asks only for what we need to reply:

• Your name
• Your email
• Which coding agent you use
• How you pay for that agent
• What you would try Trove on first
• Whether you are applying as an individual developer
• That you agreed to this policy

We also store the time you submitted. We do not ask for a password, a phone number, or payment details. There is nothing to buy on this site.

Why we collect it

We use it to decide whether to offer early access and to email you about that request. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for a separate newsletter.

Who else receives it

The form is sent to a Google Apps Script web app and stored in a Google Sheet that we control. Google processes that sheet for us.

If you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics receives a record of the page visit. If you reject it, that script does not load. Details are in the cookie policy.

How long we keep it

We keep an early-access request until we have replied and no longer need it, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Children

This site is for people who are at least 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe we have, use the deletion form and we will remove it.

Email, and deleting your data

A request can lead to email about early access. There is no mailing list to join. To stop that email and remove the details we stored, use the deletion form. That removes the rows for your email from our sheet. Google may keep its own short-term backups of the sheet. The deletion form does not erase analytics data Google may already hold if you accepted the analytics cookie.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
